Fashion meets function for Wasabi-chan, the rescued Japanese kitten whose homemade costumes aided in her speedy recovery. After being attacked by a crow, Wasabi-chan was left with a fracture in her jaw and serious tongue injuries, leaving her unable to mow down on meowmix. The only solution was tube-feed the small kitten, who was extremely resistant to the procedure. Wasabi-chan’s owner, Jessie Pon, crafted the solution of placing the kitten in tiny cat-sized outfits to restrain her during feeding. The cat has since fully healed, and has rejoined her family. Take a look at more pictures of the kitten below, and follow her owner on Twitter.
