Everyday Is Like Sunday Premiere & Launch Party – Spicy ricey, ooh it’s so fine…

Everyday Is Like Sunday “tells the story of Mark (Dineen-Porter), Jason (Adam Gurfinkel), and Flora (Coral Osborne), three University graduates in the city’s west end trying to figure out their lives. The cast also features Nick Thurborn, aka Nick Diamonds of Islands, Dan Werb of Woodhands, and a soundtrack full of independent music.”

The Toronto-made and Toronto-centric movie is celebrating its week-long release with a Q&A and launch party on Friday, the 16th. Read our interview with writer-director Pavan Moondi conducted by the Standard‘s very own Alan Jones.

Do you like movies? Do you like being on or near the water. Well, then The Worlds First Two Sided Floating Movie Experience is for you. Sail In Cinema returns with a a line up of 80s classics that you can either watch from Sugar Beach or on a boat in the harbour just off shore of Sugar Beach. Friday it’s Ghostbusters, Princess Bride on Saturday, and Back to the Future on Sunday.
