It’s been several difficult years for Toronto mainstay The Real Jerk, but things are starting to look up for the once endangered restaurant. The Real Jerk’s owner, Ed Pottinger, announced that the east end joint is expanding further east to a new location in the Beach.
According to Pottinger, The Real Jerk’s new location will be located at 1004 Kingston Road, and will serve all the food the restaurant is famous for.
While Pottinger hasn’t confirmed when the new location will open its doors, a sign on the window of the former Burger Palace says “Oct. 5”. [Via Toronto Life]
