Do Make Say Think: What We're Doing This Weekend (September 14-16)
Beer, burlesque and heavy food; it's a great weekend to be in Toronto

Sept. 14-22 Toronto Beer Week: While every week may seem like beer week, from the 14th to the 22nd, it’s official. Pub crawls, beer launches and a “Beerlicious” menu are just some of the highlights. So get yourself a #TBW2012 T-shirt and drink up!

Sept. 14-16 Queen West Art Crawl: Featuring over 250 local artists over a three-day festival. Soak up the local culture with festivities from Bathurst to Roncesvalles including: an Outdoor Art Show and Sale in Trinity Bellwoods Park, talks from featured guest speakers, the Parkdale Nightcrawl, a family-friendly KidsZone and more.

Sept. 15 Swap — Don’t Shop Clothing Swap PartyBecause after you read this article, you’ve been dying to find out when the next clothing swap will be. 12-4pm at Beaver Hall Gallery $8 with 5 swap items, $13 without. On-site alterations available.

Sept.15 Vietnamese Lantern Festival: In traditional Vietnamese style, celebrate the end of summer by making paper lanterns, eating moon cakes and stargazing.

Sept. 15 Fortune Cooking FestivalExperience a variety of Pan-Asian cuisine and culture. Featuring an Iron Chef competition, street food, music, martial arts and more.

Sept. 15-16 Roncesvalles Polish Festival: A Polish festival may seem like just one big polka party, and it mostly is. But let’s not forget what else Poland is known for: food! Pierogies, bigos, kielbasa, borscht and Polish beer will all be on-hand.

Sept. 15 Canadian Family Fall Fair & Toy Testing DayIf you’re looking for something completely family friendly to do this weekend, RSVP to try out the hottest new toys for free!

Sept. 15 Bicycle Music Festival: Bring your bike and ride along for this mobile music festival. The event starts in Coronation Park then progresses north to Liberty Village and ends in Christie Pits Park. If you don’t have a bike, public transportation is an option… but I’d keep that to yourself.

Sept. 15 Old Hollywood SINema Burlesque: Now this is a great way to celebrate TIFF. Watch local Burlesque stars Coco Framboise, Mina LaFleur, Red Herring and more pay homage to vintage Hollywood in the sexiest way possible. Monarch Tavern 7:30-10:30pm
